« Visited for one night and we were both very impressed for the price. The staff were all friendly, the room was nice and clean. We stayed DB&B and the breakfast was lovely from the buffet. The evening meal was at The Fat Abbot and this was also really good. Following the meal we sat in the bar at the hotel and ennjoyed a drink in front of the open fire. Liked it that much we are having another night next week. »

« Un séjour de 3 nuits pour un déplacement professionnel. Le confort des chambres est super Il manque cependant des placards de rangement car celui existant est utilisé pour le coin café. Le service housekeeping laisse cependant à désiré. Le 1er jour nos tasses à café n’ont pas été remplacées alors qu'elles étaient sales, les sachets de thé et de café ont été laissés sur place et le 2eme jour nos lits n’ont pas été fait. »

« This property is exactly as described. We have used it more than once now and everytime it’s very clean and well kept. It’s also very warm and cosy. Our most recent stay was very wet and windy and we were glad of the coziness. We would recommend again and again. The owner is quick to respond to questions and the process is very simple. « We know the Hotel well as both originate from Skipton and remember it remember it being built. It’s showing its age; food and service was great. Disappointing bar if you like beer and not lager. All draught beers were off. Bed while massive I found hard and uncomfortable but that isn’t a reason not to stay. We were visiting family and it did the job. « Un hôtel d’affaires parfait pour pouvoir accès direct au hall d’exposition juste à côté. Cependant étant un hôtel d’affaire cela suppose un service rapide et efficace. Il m’a fallu attendre bien des minutes pour pouvoir une personne au bar malgré ma relance. J’ai déposé un manteau pour le nettoyage il n’a jamais ete envoyé au pressing et est resté derrière le comptoir de la réception dans son sac et en état.
