« Un hôtel d’affaires parfait pour pouvoir accès direct au hall d’exposition juste à côté. Cependant étant un hôtel d’affaire cela suppose un service rapide et efficace. Il m’a fallu attendre bien des minutes pour pouvoir une personne au bar malgré ma relance. J’ai déposé un manteau pour le nettoyage il n’a jamais ete envoyé au pressing et est resté derrière le comptoir de la réception dans son sac et en état. « The entrance and lounge area are impressive and have a grand feel to it. The reception staff were all very helpful and friendly and checking in was easy. We had booked a double room which was on the second floor at the front of the hotel. We found the room to be quite noisy as it faced the road outside. Also there was a beer delivery in the early hours so that disturbed our sleep. The room was clean and comfortable and was sufficient for our 1 night stay. Hairdryer, tea/coffee and toiletries...

« Too expensive for what you get. It looks like they have started the refurbishment and have stopped in the middle. The bathroom was old and dingy and could do with some cleaning. The breakfast was poor. The lady at reception didn't explain anything (for instance, how do you get to the spa). There were literally no signs in the whole hotel (no signs to reception, for room numbers, to the lift...). Get by by yourself! The seaviews from the room were excellent. »
