Beurre et confiture amenés par une serveuse et déposés sur la table sans coupelle ou petite assiette... Aucune demande pour savoir si nous étions ok ou avions besoin d'un autre café ou de toasts... »

« L'arrivée à l'hôtel s'est bien déroulé. Le personnel est très gentil et nous avons pu laisser nos bagages pour aller visiter la ville (car nous sommes arrivés tôt le matin, trop tôt pour le check-in). La chambre était propre, spacieuse, et le lit confortable. Aussi, l'hôtel est bien situé, à l'intérieur des murs et à quelques minutes à pieds des attraits principaux. Un autre point positif était le déjeuner inclut. Le buffet était diversifié et la nourriture très bonne. Je recommande cet hôtel. »

And a bit of coms with my name but got sorted The receptionist wanted me to find the details on my phone Im crap on phones. But got sorted. Room basic but clean mattress Clean no need to get the dust mite spray out. Separate Toilet and Shower rooms and wash basin in the room. the shower i was able to get water warm. the breakfast is only continental cereals, toast, muffins croissants, Slices of ham and...

« Very good location and the room was very spacious, however the breakfast was not good. Had to wait for items to come out and the bacon looked like it had been boiled. The coffee was in a flask and very weak. Not what I have experienced at other hotels in the chain. »

« Our go to hotel in Leeds. High quality, clean & well appointed with the perfect location. Add to that the most important feature…the staff. A team that treats you & each other like extended family. Shout out to the very pleasant young man who checked us in, tall, dark, plus Claudia, Nuna & Nicki who all made our visit extra special. Special shout out to the ever present Paul….present when not even in the building, who was instrumental in helping with my wife’s birthday celebrations. Thank you...
