« Un hôtel d’affaires parfait pour pouvoir accès direct au hall d’exposition juste à côté. Cependant étant un hôtel d’affaire cela suppose un service rapide et efficace. Il m’a fallu attendre bien des minutes pour pouvoir une personne au bar malgré ma relance. J’ai déposé un manteau pour le nettoyage il n’a jamais ete envoyé au pressing et est resté derrière le comptoir de la réception dans son sac et en état. « Enjoyed our stay except for creaky floor boards (which can't be helped in old buildings), also we paid extra for Premium Parking, on the second day someone else parked on our space and we had to park round the back next to the bins, this was some distance from reception via a narrow, dark footpath. When we complained about the parking we were given a £10 refund. »
