„Súper bonito lugar, si quieres conectar con la naturaleza este es el lugar ideal. “

„Me gustó la limpieza de la abitación y en general del hotel, trato amable por parte de la recepcionista. Mi único comentario es que deberían de dar dos llaves, ya que algunas veces ocupas salir dejando a alguien adentro de la abitación, quien puede llegar a dormirse o esta dentro del baño y no este disponible para abrirte.“

„We were celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary and the setting of the house was better than expected. Wonderful sunsets and outdoor space. Plenty of room for the entire group of 10.“

„Grants home was the perfect place for our group. We enjoyed every level of the house. The views are spectacular as well as the sound of the ocean. Definitely get the golf carts. There was an issue with the hot water and pressure but not giving a bad review because as a host myself I know sometimes these Things happen. We had Able and Nancy cook for us 2 nights I highly recommend that. “

„Beautiful Villa, these instructions would help a lot when when new customers are trying to find the villa. "When you arrive at Platinos, continue past the "Platinos" sign on your left. From there, head past the sign and you will come to a hill with lots of rocks in the road. Continue up the hill roughly 1 kilometer and until you reach the gate to the villa.“

„I swear this house was the perfect mix of a peaceful sanctuary, but also right in the middle of town and literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. You can access some of the best restaurants and boutique cocktail bars right outside of the door, but we were also able to retreat, hang out in the courtyard, and have a completely peaceful environment. This house was so beautifully decorated and you could tell the owners put a lot of love into creating the space. We’re already planning our next trip! “

„We stayed at the property for 2 weeks and rented a golf cart from Ray and Michele as well. Michele was lovely to deal with, very responsive and the list of favourite restaurants in the area was very helpful. Ray also took the time to show us around La Cruz when we arrived which was greatly appreciated. The negatives were cold showers as the water heating system was not working properly, and the house was very dark especially in the kitchen making food preparation difficult. Disappointing experience

"The check in was really the start of the bad experience because of a system issue between Hotels.com and Iberostar, the kids age was not correct and we needed to pay a lot more unexpectedly. In addition, the room was having an issue with the fire sensor and it was constantly flashing. The solution was to add tape to cover the light during the nights. Finally, I believe that the teams and employees help a lot and provide customer service, but due to orders and because of an out of common sense management, the full holiday was ruined. So not really interested in returning to an Iberostar hotel... "

A class of its own

"Great Hotel in Punta Mita with excellent service. Great Pools and jacuzzis. Excellent beach, very kind and helpful staff. Food and Drink prices are exaggerated though - it costs about twice as in other good hotels in Pta Vallarta area. Overall, excellent hotel that my wife and i enjoyed a lot."
