« We had a wonderful vacation in this condo! It was nice being directly on the beautiful beach, to watch the whales and my kids surf the break directly out front of the property. « X1 in Puerto Fortuna is a gem. Super clean, well-equipped with everything that we wanted. The outdoor spaces are great and the beds were very comfortable. There were only three of us visiting, and it was way too much space for us - could easily accommodate a group of 6-10. Housekeeper Rosa was perfect - great breakfast every day - she really took care of us. Concierge Adriana was super responsive and took care of anything that we needed. Great spot »

« Lovely stay! Unbelievable views and excellent communication with Martin the house manager. Definitely do make note of the hills (both to get to the property and to get to the upper palapa level) and the couple of shared bathrooms. Golf carts made the hills manageable and allowed for more exploration in Sayulita anyways. Enjoy! »

« The villa is absolutely stunning! You walk in and the view is breathtaking as you see the whole bay. The floor to ceiling doors of the main living space fully open up to the outdoor area and plunge pool. All 4 rooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable. The bunk bed room has an incredible 96” tv. The location is perfect to get to any of the restaurants and beach clubs as well as going into town. Everything was 5-15 minute golf cart ride.
