« This is the most beautiful place that we have ever rented as a family. It is very conveniently located within a five minute walk (up a steep hill) to all the shops in Mazunte and to the beach where there is swimming and body surfing. It is also a short walk to Punta Cometa, which is a hiking trail where everyone goes to watch the sunset. « Property very modern and up to date. Loved the outdoor areas and rooftop patio. Didn’t use the outdoor hot tub due to current drought and water shortages. . Location was very good. Nice grocery store and carnerita, meat market close. 20-25 minute walk to the old town area or inexpensive taxi ride. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. At at several great restaurants, Casa Oaxaca a must. Took a cooking class that took you to the large local market then returned to her home with a great outdoor...

« Lupe and the cook Juana were wonderful. The meals she prepared were delicious. The pool looking out on the beach was such a fun addition. Great spot for sunrise walks. One day in fact we saw a few guys training horses on the beach right after sunrise. There were a few dolphin off shore. Our group really enjoyed our stay »

« For two families, this was a perfect house. Two master bedrooms and the other two bedrooms having multiple beds for the kids. We enjoyed watching the boats come in and out every day and the fish were always jumping to keep us entertained while swimming. The location was very close to restaurants, shopping etc in Chahue and Santa Cruz, but too far to walk. So having a driver is handy (which we had).The management group was well organized and communicated well. »

« We loved the property everything was great the view, the pool, the neighborhood and everything that came with it. The only thing that we would've liked is to be a little more well kept. The cleanness wasn't the greatest but it wasn't the worst either. Other than that everything was great. »

« Overall we had a wonderful stay at Casa Utopia. The house was beautiful, clean, pool was great. It is challenging to find and up a dirt road and that wasn’t in the listing. We arrived at dark and it was challenging to find. But the road is dirt and it would have been more helpful to know so we could have brought more supplies.also the listing says a kind bed room with 2 twin beds but there were no twin beds. Humberto quickly brought them. Also it says there is a washing machine in the listing...

« The place was nice and comfortable and the management company was Awsome. The only negative was pretty much zero internet and not much better cell service at the house. We did need to work a bit so for us the decent internet is a must. Like I said house is great otherwise. »

« Are stay at Casa Lapita was absolutely fantastic. The house is amazing ( my sister calls it paradise for wheelchairs) the staff is exceptional and an absolute pleasure to be around. To top if off proceeds go to a great cause of helping people with disabilities. Weather you need the accessibility or not Casa Lapita is absolutely perfect. »
