« Moonglow was a perfect little paradise for my husband and I. The location is close to the airport and Carmel, but you wouldn't know that anything else was close once you drive up the driveway. It's secluded and serene. I wish the weather had been a little nicer to sit out on the deck. Diane and Check were great to visit with. We had a wonderful time, even sitting in the hot tub while it was raining. So many thoughtful touches- handwritten note, a bottle of wine, and chocolates. »

« Very clean, close to Monterey. Safeway is less than 10 min away. Bit of a winding road to get there but nothing scary. People have negative thoughts about the bathroom, but it’s seriously not as big of a deal that people made it out to be. If you’re in the bedroom and someone’s in the bathroom, you have to wait to get to the kitchen, living room. Not a concern. We absolutely loved it and the host, Jae was amazing and quick to communicate with. Perfect for 2 people »

« The kitchen is well stocked with all the basics, including things like cooking oil and spices. The bathroom included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (the listing doesn’t specify this). The layout is odd—the bedrooms are tiny and the beds are really crammed in there. The bathroom is huge, probably larger than the bedrooms. The "living room" is more of a foyer and definitely not set up for any more than 2 people. The furniture and decor is kind of random, like they raided someone's grandma's...

« We had family visiting and a special birthday to celebrate. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The home had a wonderful historical background, the beach that lay beyond the yard was enchanting and the house itself was amazingly well supplied.That we could bring our dog was just the icing on the cake. We hope to return! »

« The Sea Otter cottage offers a peaceful, secluded spot where you are surrounded by nature. Beautiful sunsets are breathtaking and observed from the cottage, the patio or the beach. Steps away is access to costal trails yet it is conveniently located to attractions, dining and shopping. « We arrived to a pristine and efficient space in Hatton Fields just southeast of downtown Carmel. The homeowners built this guest house on their property and did a fantastic job of creating a cozy getaway. From the clean design to efficient use of space, we thoroughly enjoyed the four days we spent there.
