« This place was perfect for the two of us. The house is spacious. It was clean and comfortable. The view is absolutely stunning. Hands down the best part. Access to the beach is so easy. The plants and trees on the property were amazing and made it feel that much more private. There was a questionable issue with the AC day of arrival. Andrew got back to me immediately and had someone out that next day. No issues with the AC or anything else the whole time. I would totally recommend this to anyone...

« Nice house, nice pool,big yard, pond with bass and tilapia behind the house. Its close to Myakka,Boca, Manasota and there are lots of boat ramps close by. The neighbors to the left are super nice people, the neighbor to the right is a yankee transplant thats rude and will yell at you for walking around the pond. »

« The best part of this house is it's location! This beach is so quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. You don't hear anything other than the lapping of the waves. We walked the beach in the mornings and some mornings there was not a sole on the beach. There is a reef that runs right along the shoreline. « My husband and I spent a week at this cottage for our anniversary. Check in was easy and it was very clean and amply stocked with everything we needed for the week. « When I say we loved this home, I mean we LOVED this home. The pool was so fun and clean. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed besides food. There are so many beaches within driving distance and Walmart being close made life easy with 4 kids. On top of all this, the host was wonderful and communicated so well with us.
