"Everything was perfect, the hotel is amazi ng, the staff is so nice"

"The rooftop is amazing with the boft jacuzzis and the pool. We had a view right on the center park. The spot is also perfect and eve close from everything. The room was really clean. The breakfast was great et the service was perfect. I will go back there on my next trip for sure. I really recommend it 👌 "

"Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour. C’est relativement petit donc facile de se déplacer à la plage, piscine, restaurants. Grand choix de restos à la carte, très bon (sauf italien, décevant). La plage est rocailleuse mais il suffit de déplacer à 3 min de marche dans le resort avec enfants et c’est du sable. Il y a toujours des chaises dispos à la plage dans le 18 . Le seul inconvénient serait le housekeeping, on manquait constamment de serviette et leur système pour échanger les serviettes de plage consiste à demander au housekeeping et il y avait souvent ruptures de serviettes."

"Really great place. Rooms are quite modern, a lot of great choices food wise, it's on a prized stretch of beach right below the grand velas and the Fairmont. Staff is really great overall, very helpful and sociable, kids club is really awesome too, they are very good with kids. And Alex is the best, especially if you come around Halloween and the dia dos muertes."

"Tout était parfait seul petit bémol la nourriture au buffet était répétitive et pas de très bonne qualité.les fruits non plus n’était pas très bon et pas mûre sinon reste rien à dire et personnels au top.l’hotel est très convivial avec un très beau jardin "
