« We had a great stay at the Cozy Inn, Otaru. Building is very well laid out, and rooms were fairly sizeable, new and clean. There isn't much of a common area, or kitchen etc but that's fine as there is lots in the area. Staff was super friendly and helpful, it's one of those properties we wish we would have stayed longer. »

« It's a lovely small property that can hold a surprising amount of people very easily. It's slightly on the older side, however the owner is very attentive and will fix issues on the spot if notified. The area also has some of the best views surrounding the town, and has a very active downtown full of places to visit! »

« For the most part this was a good stay. Convenient parking right outside, super nice onsen, and comfortable room. The experience would've been better if the room had been "pre-heated" as it was really cold when we checked in and it took quite some time for the heater to heat up the room to a comfortable temperature. Check-in was a bit tedious as it felt as a slower process doing it at the machine (with a staff member there to help) rather than just handling it directly in the reception. »

« Il est situé très bien, il y a beaucoup de restaurant autour du hôtel. C’était parfait pour visiter la ville. »

« Hotel bien placé, proche du canal et à quelques centaines de mètres de la gare principale. Mais prestations chères par rapport aux autres hotels de notre voyage. Attention, parking très, très cher. Mieux vaut aller se garer vers les quais. »
