« The room was VERY SMALL. Nothing like the photo in their webpage. Massively overpriced compared to all of our other Hokkaido accomodations. Extra charge for a very poor very limited breakfast. No room service whatsoever. Our only Japan disappointment! »

« Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. One of the rooms also come with a private onsen. The whole apartment has heated floors which is perfect for the cold weather is Niseko! Less than 5 minutes drive to the Annupuri Gondola Station. « Amazing place to stay, location is second to none for ski in ski out access with really impressive ski facilities. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Restaurants provided amazing dinning experiences including the morning buffet breakfast. Would highly recommend the private infinity Onsen provided on level 7 (at extra cost), of an evening the view of Mt Yotie was beautiful. »
