« We showed up at this location and there were people living at the house and we had nowhere to stay for the night. Still have not received a refund of our payment that was more than a thousand dollars 😭 We reached out to customer support and they promised to call us back within 30 minutes and they never did and we ended up staying in a cheap motel because there wasn't anything available at 11:00 at night. This experience will probably turn me away from VRBO for a long time. »
