„Great house and location. However, we had a full day of no internet, so no TV, and thermostat control. I called the Vacassa help center and the local manager was summoned to assist. I had to go to local hotel to finish some work on my computer due to internet issues.The next day everything worked as it should. The place was clean and presentable.“

„We really enjoyed our stay, everything was tidy and clean, the house was very well designed and the whole area was great. I guess the site is not long for rent as there are still glasses, silverware etc. missing!? The only thing I'd criticize is that for the high amount you’re asked for cleaning you shouldn't have to care for linens and towels when leaving.“

„This house was perfect for our friends golf weekend. It was in a great location and perfect for the 4 of us. House was clean, beds were very comfortable, pool and hot tub were an added bonus. 2 things they need to consider.....Screens on all door and windows. „The Palm Desert Gem was perfect for our large family group. The master is set a apart from other bedrooms for privacy and there is a bedroom and bathroom in the pool house. It is very spacious and comfortable. There are a couple issues with upkeep inside the house, such as loose hinges in the back bedroom, and the pool could have been cleaner. Other than that it was amazing and all that we wanted! “

„The property is everything you would want for a family stay. We were in town for a wedding and had our 3 daughters and my wife and me. The pool was close to the house and was heated. Ralph's grocery store is less than 1/2 mile from the house, and the owner is very responsive.“
