« We were looking for an alternative to our typical expensive Four Seasons Thanksgiving week and have discovered Punta Mita. The condo is centrally located between all of the available beach clubs. Each club comes with its own flavor but all have great chairs with shade and excellent service. Each has its own restaurant with very reasonable prices. « This was a great first stay in Sayulita. The house is modern and clean (for Mexico standards), Luis the caretaker, is nice and helpful but not intrusive. We had excellent response and communication from Olivia. We were a group of 3 x 50-something year olds. One couple and a friend. « We stayed at Jon and Carol's property for a week in early April and could not have had a better stay. We were a multi-generational family of 6 and their villa was absolutely wonderful for us. Jon was super helpful with the planning and had numerous suggestions for places to eat off the resort. The resort was great-we opted for all inclusive this time, but the kitchen in the villa was fully equipped and we would probably consider doing more cooking on our next visit. « I swear this house was the perfect mix of a peaceful sanctuary, but also right in the middle of town and literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. You can access some of the best restaurants and boutique cocktail bars right outside of the door, but we were also able to retreat, hang out in the courtyard, and have a completely peaceful environment. This house was so beautifully decorated and you could tell the owners put a lot of love into creating the space. We’re already planning our next trip! »

« Absolutely loved the house. Very spacious and worked well with our 12 person family. Spiral staircase was neat but be mindful if mobility impaired or have small children (there is a safety gate). Pools very relaxing and not crowded at all. Property beautifully maintained. Cleaning staff wonderful. Property manager easily reached and provided us with whatever we needed in very timely manner.
