« The quality of the tennis courts was poor. We had to go and play at el Tigre. Our group of 4 had to pay the daily fee to access the el Tigre site which was prohibitive The rest of the stay was very pleasant »

« manque de mobilier dans la chambre dont une petite table avec deux chaises et de tables ou bureau dans le salon. Il manque d'ustensiles et de chaudrons pour se faire à manger. Le four micro-ondes est placé trop haut. La piscine en longueur que je voulais utilisée a été fermée 6 jours sur 7. »

« Ambiance relaxante, excellente nourriture avec choix variés. Chambre avec petite cuisine disponible Seul inconvénient mais qui vient plus d’expedia est que lorsqu’on réserve sur expedia on a l’impression que le tout inclus fait déjà partie du prix cependant ce n’est pas le cas. »

« We loved that the resort campus as it was very self sufficient with many activities and options for dining and quick ride to the beach and some amazing views of the mountains and the ocean! On few occasions given BON park is under construction the waiting time for the shuttle was bit tricky but mostly no issues as teams were very accommodating. When our kid fell ill the concierge were able to help bring a doctor in short notice which was very helpful given this was our first trip to Mexico and...

« It was a beautiful place that needs some TLC. Maybe we just missed busy season but only a few guests there so it was a little spooky for my daughter not seeing anyone in this huge place. The very few staff members we saw were really nice but spoke little English so couldn't ask them much. That's ok since I was visiting their country and know basic Spanish. From a distance the pools look really nice but tiles falling off and not the cleanest, hot tubs half full with debris in them or closed...

« Es muy bonita la propiedad…pero creo que los restaurantes dejan mucho que desear; especialmente el de playa. Está muy precario. Si pide uno cualquier cosita adicional como pan o tortillas no tienen. El servicio de cocina es muy poco colaborativo, especialmente para este tipo de hotel de “lujo” »

« Le buffet déjeuner est très bon par contre ils y a beaucoup trop d’oiseaux dans el resto, l’hôtel devrait investir pour mettre un filet afin de ne pas avoir d’oiseaux et mettre des affiches interdisant de nourrir les oiseaux. Les oiseaux viennent manger dans notre assiette »

« We were not expecting to be bombarded with investment opportunities the minute we arrived to check in ….very tired from a 5 hour delay. I rented a VRBO so was looking forward to a room with an ocean view as it showed in the picture posted and we got a view of another hotel and palm trees. We changed rooms after a few days which took time from our holidays. We were also unable to participate at any other hotels amenities because we did not go to the seminar, so couldn’t join the grandchildren...

"FIASCO/MALPROPRE/NON ENTRETENU/ETAT DES INSTALLATIONS MÉDIOCRE/ UN VRAI CAUCHEMAR!!! Les photos ne reflètent pas la médiocrité de l’endroit!!! On n’a pas ce qu’on a payé (chambre avec cuisinette balcon vue sur piscine) car un garde fou avec 2 portent sans poignées qui ouvrent vers un espace intérieur avec un trou d’eau non baigna le et sale n’est pas une piscine!!! Cuinette n’est pas un réchaud électrique d’un rond (comme pour le camping) mini frigo plein de moisi dans caoutchouc de la pote, cafetière inutilisable à cause de la saleté dedans, micro ondes okay mais vaisselle à faire peur car tasses avec le rond de café sèche dedans!!! Un CAUCHEMSR!!!"

"This is a rather expensive all inclusive resort with little to offer. Very limited dining with mediocre food, very limited activities and the location is inconvenient. The room service takes minimum 1 hour. The custodial staff is very good and pleasant, however front desk and most restaurant staff borderline rude and not helo."

"This hotel is faboulous and the service is incredible. We really enjoyed our stay as the food was excellent and the newly renovated hotel was gorgeous. The hotel groud is quite small though the beach is quite nice and offers the opportunity for long walks. "
