Really enjoyed our stay at the Altitude tower at Krystal Grand Cancún. Definitely recommend staying in this tower vs the older tower. You get first picks at dinner reservations, top tier alcohol choices, and nicer rooms. The hotel is within walking distance to shops and main mega clubs. You’re also walking distance to Playa Caracol where you board a ferry to Isla Mujeres for the day. As for improvements, better noise control doors. It can get very noisy with loud or drunk guests going back to their rooms. The very loud air vent blowers coming from Grand Fiesta Americana across the street. I’m a light sleeper and even with at balcony door close, you can still hear the noise. Final suggestion is to restock your alcohol bottles faster at the Altitude bar. Yes, this bar is small and not as busy, but this is a perk of paying more for your stay. Thank you to the staff!
