We had 2 days in Ludlow, a charming town to explore with many quirky buildings, pubs and eateries all in easy walking distance from the Feathers. Very comfortable room and bed and generally excellent service. Only a few niggles such as no water glasses, no bottled water, one basic pack of biscuits and we had to go out to buy shampoo and conditioner (there was bodywash), things you would expect from a quality (expensive) hotel. « Easy to find with ample parking. Stayed one night. Lots of attention to detail in our room. Linen and towels were lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included with lots of choice. Stairs to the accommodation was a bit steep. Good there was a bannister rail in situ. Shower over bath. Water lovely and hot. Bath deep and a wall rail to help when stepping in/out would be a good idea. Would recommend. »

« Clean and comfortable room, evening meal was good along with good local cask beer. A bit of a job finding the pub as the sign was overgrown with Ivy, everywhere outside seem to require a good clean up, hedges trimmed and generally tidied up. The pub itself could do with a bit of TLC. I am aware that pubs are strugling in the present climate. Enough said and good luck. »
