« I've loved the sweet little cabin I stayed in with my dog. Loved having a fully equipped kitchen after motel stays elsewhere. The staff and owners were welcoming and accommodating when I needed to prolong my stay. The place is imbued with the history of a late 1800's mining town while being close to hikes out of the Steamboat Lake Visitor Center. Awesome landscapes and mountains. Highly recommend. »

« We were a group of 13 guys and we had a great time. There are 8 bedrooms + 1 futon on the loft. 8 full bathroom + 2 half baths. Clean property, lots of space in the common areas, well maintained. The kitchen is very well equipped with pretty much anything one would need. Communication with the hosts was very prompt. Would love to stay here again if we come back. »

« This was a great overflow option as the place we normally stay (The Outpost) for our annual snowmobile trip was booked. The rustic cabins were just that and worked great for what we needed. The shower house & restrooms were very clean and nice. Great experience and we'll be back again! »

« Beautiful setting with lots of room between the cabins gave the place a nice feeling of solitude. The people there were also very nice. The cabin was nicely equipped and the bed was comfortable. If I had one complaint it would be that the cabin needs more windows that opened with screens…more air flow would have helped. overall, though, I would highly recommend it. »
