« My stay was great!! The staff are so very nice and helpful! When I checked in the evening of 9/7/2024 the woman at the front desk was so very nice!! I unfortunately didn’t write down her name, but she was great!! The day I checked out, 9/9/2024, Cynthia at the front desk was really nice, and Chealsa was so very kind to help me load my belongings in my car. I have a bad hip and Chealsa, who does the laundry, was just SO NICE!!! Please give her a raise!!! She knows what customer service...

« Réservant pour Mâcon en France, la plateforme m'a orienté sur macon aux usa ! Aucune info juste après le paiement où l'adresse s'est affichée. Je suis très déçue car j'ai perdu une belle somme pour rien et l'hôtelier ne daigne pas rembourser. C'est honteux et cela démontre une totale absence d'ampathie et de sens commercial. »

« This is a typical Marriot Courtyard hotel but the decor, facilities and styling are a few years out of date. Please don’t let that put you off. The people working there were so attentive and professional and our room was clean and well appointed. You probably wouldn’t want to walk to nearby restaurants etc as it’s a bit of a hike but 5 mins drive to loads of bars and restaurants. We only stayed one night on our travels so used the bistro and the food was absolutely fine and we were well looked...
