« What was promised like free breakfast was not offered, their deadbolt and security door are not properly secured. Their lights are not bright enough and needs to be replaced, their safe box is not functioning. My checking in was a little bit frustrating because they couldn’t find my name on the booking list »

« It's an old hotel, needs rehabilitation, renovation and reactivation. My toilet door locked me for 2hours, I was shouting no body heard me, no room service , I have trekked outside to buy soap and tissue, no towel, nothing given to me. TV is blind, mosquito had their feast on my body, they said no mosquito repellent available. Agura hotel is as good as a short time chalet. »
