« This was a beautiful property and the property management is always very helpful. The check in process was seamless. Enjoyed the upgrades done to this house. I do wish there were more amenities such as a full size ironing board and more hand towels. Also, wish there was a better description that the 4th bedroom and other bathroom was in a different area of the house. You had to go into a different door outside in the front of the house. « What a great place and location! The remodeled barn was spacious, comfortable, stylish and unique! Perfect for our family of five. My husband and I did beautiful morning walks while the teens slept in. One day we explored Point Lobos and saw breathtaking views of bird island and the next day we walked through the nearby beach and found an ocean trail to Carmel River Beach. « A great mix of the old and the new. 100 year old redwood house with a few quirks you would expect e.g. no heat in the bathroom! And antique bureau drawers that can be tricky to open. But also upgrades to the current times: gas range, tiny little dishwasher and microwave in the sweet galley kitchen. Big washer & dryer. Beautiful garden outside with a lovely patio table perfect for sunny day lunches, of which we enjoyed several. You can watch the birds in the garden while you have your breakfast....
