It would've been nice to be able to open windows and hear the ocean as well, but that's minor. Some things to note - downstairs is rented separately and you can see and hear people while you are out on the patio - not a big deal but we didn’t realize that the cottage mentioned is the lower level of the same house with separate entrance. „This is a lovely house, with a great kitchen for cooking! Also the bathroom is so nice, with heated floors and bidet, quite a step up from your typical short term rental. Lou was very responsive whenever I had a question. It’s in a beautiful location but it is a bit of a drive to get up there (price to pay for peace and quiet and a view!), just so people are aware. “
