« What an amazing property! It had everything you could ask for - a great layout, beautiful decor, gorgeous views and the perfect location. There were six of us in our group for a girls trip and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing time. Maria and Steve were great to work with - accommodating our early arrival and late check-out requests and being quick to respond to questions. We all said we would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to others visiting Palm...

« My group was a group of lady friends from college, on a yearly trip together. The house was ok, neighborhood felt safe. Who ever took the photos for this listing did a great job. It’s not a super nice house, but was just ok. A few odd things about the house: The double bedroom/game room is a converted garage. One of the other bedrooms closet doors was broken. There was an odd stain on the couch which we could only guess what is was from. We were looking for a nicer house but it was a busy events...

« Great location with incredible views of the ocean. Nice kitchen and living room area. The only drawback was the frosted glass doors on the bedrooms which let in some light when people were trying to sleep. Otherwise, everything was very nice. »

« The property is nice, very clean. The property hosts are really great to work with, communication was easy and check in was a breeze. Derek was my contact and he always responded quickly and even allowed us an early check in. »

« Loved the history of the home and all the spaces designed for games and play. There were 11 of us and the bedroom/bathroom configuration worked well. What was a problem was the kitchen. Although it was stocked with everything and anything we needed…it was small and cut off from the area we congregated. »

« This property includes so many amenities that one is tempted not to bother exploring the area. You can spend the day outdoors in the water in the pool, hot tub, and lazy river, drying off at the adjacent bar. Or you can stay indoors in the game room with its six or seven attractions. This is a place where everyone in the family will find something to do. »

« This villa worked great for us (a family of 3 adults). We liked the central location, which was 1-2 blocks from downtown, and the amount of space was more than adequate for our needs. The kitchen is small and might be somewhat cramped if you plan to cook meals there; we did not cook, so it was fine. Because we were so close to downtown, and had relatives nearby who gave us a ride if needed, we did not have to rent a car, which was nice.A couple of considerations. There is no washer or dryer...

« Property met our location needs, a stocked kitchen for holiday baking and 3 bathrooms was necessary. The master bath tub was awesome for us, but the master shower had only 2 minutes of hot water. »

« We booked this house for its close location to SeaWorld. And it was only a 5 minute drive. The house was easy to check into and was quite large with plenty of room for the 7 of us that were staying. There were plenty of linens and pillows for everyone. We got to meet the manager/owner as we checked in and she was very nice and easy to talk to. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. »

« Our dance team from Cal State Monterey Bay was competing at the convention center this a few weekends ago. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. Check in/out process was smooth. During our stay everything was as described in the listing. The large common area was wonderful for all the girls to hang out in. Overall we had an excellent stay! We will be keeping this home in mind for future rentals! »

« I would recommend. We had four adults and 4 tween/teens. Downtown was very close and the house was very fun! The backyard is amazing. The place could use a deep clean, but really it was great for our group. Plenty of space. The kitchen is smaller, so don’t expect to cook. We ate out most of the time, so it was good for us. »

« Lovely and junk decor free, very, very clean, superior communication with property manager, great bed, fluffy linens! Importantly, no check out tasks such as doing laundry or stripping beds (which is what a cleaning fee is for?!?), just garbage and dishwasher, easy peasy. »

« - The location is amazing, with wonderful sunset views, no parking issues (if you want to park at sunset, it can be difficult but there is parking space at the back of the house). There are a few grocery stores 5 to 12mn away (Jensen's or Trader Joe's to cite a couple...). It is close to the airport, which is convenient if people gather from different places (we had guests flying from from HI, MI and France...) - The house itself is great. Common spaces are really spacious, allowing various...
