« A nice cozy cabin. It is all one room, so that’s something to keep in mind if you are looking for a separate bedroom. It’s right on a main route, so it’s easy to find. Close enough to Thendara/ Old Forge to get what you need or go out, but still in the woods. Lots of nice hiking nearby and cabin was super comfortable for two. »

« We had the most amazing time during our winter visit with ourselves and our pomsky! We visited during a winter-storm and loved playing in the snow and utilizing the sleds provided by Carol & Dan.The storm blew in making our travel plans very unsafe and Carol & Dan were V E R Y kind, inviting us to stay an extra night to avoid the harsh travel conditions. « It’s not exactly right on the trail. It’s about a half mile up the road you got a ride the side of the road to get to the trail was fun stay everything was clean. »

« Could have been a 5 star rating but:1. we had to shovel 5 inches of snow from walkway and deck to get in the house2. Very small amount of toilet paper. Had to go to the store the first evening we arrived. 3. The request to leave an empty dishwater, beds stripped, garbage removed AND to take with us, and floors vacuumed and swept was a bit much. The house is very cute, comfortable and in close proximity to everywhere we wanted to go. »
