« This cute cabin is steps away from a nice-sized creek. We have only been here in the winter, but still enjoy the sound of the water rushing over the rocks. The cabin is cozy, perfect for a quiet getaway. Hiking and skiing and snowshoeing are all nearby. We look forward to returning, maybe in a season other than winter to enjoy the creek more. »

« The place was amazing.Also, the owners are great and the pictures.Do not do adjustice.There is more room and it's nicer than the photos even show.I will definitely be staying again »

« Could have been a 5 star rating but:1. we had to shovel 5 inches of snow from walkway and deck to get in the house2. Very small amount of toilet paper. Had to go to the store the first evening we arrived. 3. The request to leave an empty dishwater, beds stripped, garbage removed AND to take with us, and floors vacuumed and swept was a bit much. The house is very cute, comfortable and in close proximity to everywhere we wanted to go. »

« We had the most amazing time during our winter visit with ourselves and our pomsky! We visited during a winter-storm and loved playing in the snow and utilizing the sleds provided by Carol & Dan.The storm blew in making our travel plans very unsafe and Carol & Dan were V E R Y kind, inviting us to stay an extra night to avoid the harsh travel conditions. We will forever be thankful for that kindness!This property certainly feels all-inclusive. Whether you want to stay at the cottage your whole...

« This was a very cute and cozy little cabin. The neighborhood was quiet and laid back, and gave the trip a relaxing and refreshing quality. We were able to settle in as if it were our own home and have a great weekend of reading and enjoying the surround nature! »

« Spent a long weekend here with my wife and dog, this place is 5-star across the board. I lost track of the number of times I’ve been here, just keep coming back, such a beautiful property. House is always clean, has everything you need. Quick Tip: Millers Meat Market in Lowville is a short drive. The food truck out in front has smoked ribs, brisket, and some other items ready for take out (open at select times so give a call before going),…you won’t be sorry paying the place a visit. »

« We loved the house, there was enough room for everyone, it was clean and communication was great! Being able to fish and use the beach was by far the best for our family. The driveway needs some work but that is minor, thank you we will be back!! »
