„Usually stay at the Management Centre in Bangor but Victoria Hotel popped up on my feed. Great, fast reception. Lovely, clean room with amazing views over the Menai straits and bridge. Food and service at dinner was exceptional. Faultless from everyone. Thank you“

„The room was comfortable but very small. The dining room was very noisy on Saturday evening, being next to the small bar. It needs more soft furnishings to reduce the reverberation from people talking very loudly. Unusual to be given an exact time for breakfast. The signage for which entrance to use to get into the hotel is not obvious when you drive into the car park.“

As well as tea/coffee making facilities, bottles of sparking water were also provided. The toilet/shower was a bit small but no real problem. „We have chosen this due to the ferry being close. The hotel is super clean, dog friendly, the staff even late at night friendly and happy to help. Only diwnsite was the breakfast. Only 3 tables, ordering went quick, but then they came back having no eggs, and 20 minutes no reaction to get a toast?! Same for the neighbor table so we paid for breakfast but left without one. „Very welcoming and friendly family cenyric hotel. Old established building means it isnt stark and modern, but if you want comfort and excellent value in a nice village setting you wont be let down. The food is perfectly cooked, using the best and fresh ingredients, and plenty of it. Breakfast great ingredients cooked very well too. All staff are very welcoming, cheery and pleased to be there to help you. Very refreshing. “

„Eigentlich ist eine Übernachtung im Haven Guest House zu wenig . Wir waren auf unserer Anreise nach Irland und auf der Rückreise dort zu Gast . Der Empfang war super nett und herzlich. Wir hatten jeweils ein anderes Zimmer . Beide waren ausreichend groß und sehr sauber . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Phil hat ein perfektes Full Englisch Breakfast zubereitet und die Unterhaltung mit ihm nach dem Frühstück war interessant und empathisch . Eine tolle Unterkunft auf dem Weg nach Irland ...
