„Erstklassige Einrichtung und toller Ausblick. Mit 4x4 Wagen doch manchmal nach dem Regen schwierig zu erreichen, weil doch sehr steil. Wir haben uns aber daran gewöhnt und Übung darin bekommen. Sehr einsam gelegen mit hohem Sicherheitszaun umgeben. Der Pool ist einmalig und wird top sauber gehalten. 20 Minuten zu einem großen Supermarkt. Bestes Erlebnis fanden wir die Wanderung bei der Hacienta“

„We spent 5 days at Olas Azul with a family of 4. The house can not be better: fully equipped with everyhting you can ask for, super-well climatized and with all the privacy you can ask for. The view across the forest and the ocean is breathtaking. We even spent a few days in the house and pool only without driving down. Be aware that you need a 4-wheel drive and a bit of patience and getting here from the main road - but you will be rewarded ten times over.“

Yes, when the trucks go by, you can hear them when they use their air brakes, but you quickly overlook it. We felt very safe and well looked after by Stephen and ViVi. Location was walking distance by beach to Dominical. Grocery store was a 3 min drive. We’d definitely go back!!!“

We watched toucans and other birds in the trees and iguanas, Jesus lizards and geckos run around the grounds. A/C in the bedrooms was lovely. The living room and kitchen could be a bit stuffy in the middle of the day, but we were out by the pool during those hours anyway!“

„This stay was exactly as advertised. We were a party of two and had plenty of space. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped that we could make food from the grocery store up the road and was perfectly placed with several restaurants within walking distance. Property management was more than accomidating when our arrival time was completely de-railed due to accidents and road work. “

„Hotel was nice property with good location in Uvita. Next door was a mix of eating places (Uvita Gastro Park). The staff was very nice and helping. The hotel appeared to be newer property. Also secure parking.“

Uvita = only Macow rooms and pool

"This was the best stay during our travel in Costa Rica Westcoast. Gaby and Viktor made it the perfect spot for everyone!!! Families, Singles, Couples, Older and Younger. There are a couple of bungalows on the property. You get a quite big room with A/C. Very clean! The pool was a goody to cool down. The outdoor kitchen is shared and you will find all amneties you can think off. Even if you have to get your breakfast for yourself and prepare it. Gaby offers eggs, Toast, coffee and delicious homemade Marmelade. All day long cool and hot water. And even for the laundry they have a place and some soap. It's all selfservice, but if you need anything ask Gaby! It's a family business and that how it feels like. Don't book any tours upfront in Uvita. Ask Gaby! You get great tours for a very reasonable price! If you are lucky you will see the giant red parrots in the trees at breakfast. Uvita = only Macow rooms and pool "

"Very nice house. Clean, well equipped and a wonderful view! Only the way to get there should be considered. It is not very difficult, but it takes some time to get up or downhill to go shopping or out for dinner. But it is definetely worth it! But it is definetely wortth it!"

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus sehr genossen. Es war sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wir hatten täglich Besuch von einem Tucan Pärchen. Am letzten Tag dann kam uns ein Dreifingerfaultier besuchen, was natürlich das absolute Highlight war. Vielen Dank Natasha für Deine Hilfe und Deinen stets freundlichen Kontakt."
