„We booked here and after we paid I asked for a early check in and late check out. I sent this email 4 times in a week and never heard a peep. We showed up to the gated community hoping we could get in and no such luck. We then got on an hour and a half call with VRBO. This call basically said they would need to contact the owner to try and get our money back in 5 to 7 days. Eleven day s later we called back again asking for the status of our refund.
