„We spent a week in March 2025 in this new renovated villa. This small villa is like a simple cottage. The villa is located on the grounds of Hideaways Beach Resort at Palm Bay. This villa is privately owned and does not belong to this resort. From the villa to the sandy beach it's only a few steps. Unfortunately, you can only use the Hideaways Resort's pool for a fee. „Our group of 5 had the most memorable stay at The Addison. From the moment I booked it our host Ed was in contact and was so helpful with recommendations and extremely accommodating. The attention to detail is unbelievable. The house is so well stocked. There are are yetis,coolers,beach bags,pool toys and too many other things to list. The house is located close to the best restaurants and sits on a beautiful beach. The pictures don’t do it justice. I will definitely be back!“

„Das Haus ist vollständig modern eingerichtet. Kaffee, Tee, Honig, öl und vieles mehr ist vorhanden. Zentral gelegen ist man mit dem Wagen schnell im Norden oder Süden. Restaurants, Shops, Farm schnell erreichbar. Der Strand vom riesigen Grundstück erreichbar ist ein Traum. Eine Tagestour mit dem Boot von Todd Pinder ist nicht billig aber jeden Cent wert. Lachelle ist immer erreichbar und hilft mit Reservierungen und gibt gute Tipps. Alles Top, zu 100% zu empfehlen.“

„Walking in to the house we were immediately in awe of the beautiful view from the front door through the home to the infiniti pool and gorgeous beach. The waters were absolutely amazing and I’ve been to many Caribbean islands. The house was very secluded and just steps from the beach. „We stayed at Karen’s property for spring break in April 2025. The house was bigger than it appeared in the photos (a plus for us) and was immaculate clean. There are three big bedrooms and three full baths. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for our family of four. The dishwasher is old and we sometimes needed to run it twice to clean properly, but otherwise all appliances were very good. The view from the house is very nice and the house is central to all Exuma has to offer. ...

„Die Unterkunft hat Residences / Wohnungen und ist somit kein Hotel. Es gibt kein Frühstück im Haus, das Dinner Restaurant war geschlossen an allen Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes. Tägliches Zimmerservice nur für zusätzlich 100$ pro Tag. Somit keine frischen Handtücher........Keine Minibar im Zimmer und eine dürftige Infrastruktur - minimarkt - ca 10min Fussmarsch. plus der Strand aber auch hier keinerlei Service am Strand die Zimmerausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen“

„This was our fourth trip to the Exuma’s and the first time staying at Casa Bella. This property is by far the nicest we have stayed at. The property manager Martin was absolutely wonderful. The grounds were amazing, the pool, the hot tub, and outdoor entertainment area all beautifully maintained. Our best trip yet! Thank you so much Martin!“

"A great and affordable place on Harbour island"

"Das Hotel gehört zu den besten Hotels der Insel. Leider kann man Frühstück oder Abendessen nicht vorab buchen. Wir hätten es als angenehm empfunden, wenn man zwanglos an den Frühstückstisch hätte gehen können. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig vom Ort. Zum Strand gejt msn 10 Minuten. Der Pink Beach ist einer der schönsten Strände der Bahamas. Leider gibt es keine Toilettenanlagen in Strandnähe. Es ist traumhaft, am weißen/rosanen Strand zu liegen und den Wellen zu lauschen. Leider waren wir vor Beginn der Saison da. Somit war das Angebot an Ausflügen zu anderen Stränden oder zu Schnorchelgründen etwas eingeschänkt. Wir hätten uns auch gewünscht, wenn man täglich eine Flasche Wasser aufs Zimmer bekommen hätte. Bei Hotels dieser Preisklasse ist das eigentlich üblich."
