The missing suitcase rack was added immediately upon request. I was a guest at the hotel for the third time on holiday. The only suggestion for improvement is the following: The hotel bar itself closes relatively early, but the restaurant next door is open longer and you can have a drink there. However, as there is no defined end time, the staff there are unfriendly after a certain time and you can tell that they want to call it a day. As a guest, you then no longer feel welcome. It would be good if the hotel bar were open for longer or the restaurant had defined opening hours when guests would feel welcome."
