« A terrific property set in a quiet location close to Nottingham Road amenities. A perfect place to base to explore the Midlands. Staff were excellent - we were the only two guests staying at the time and were extremely well looked after. »

« On this website this hotel is a PET FRIENDLY property. We booked a Pet Friendly room but upon arrival were told the room we booked was not pet friendly. They wanted us to move to a much smaller room which we refused to do. They then told us that we would not be allowed in the dining or bar area with our puppy and if we wanted to order anything we would have to stay in our room and order room service. To get to this property you have to drive through an unsavoury area, we could not risk driving...

« The stay was ok as the location was convenient for the function I was attending. I had to pay extra for breakfast which I dont recall from the booking. The carpets were were shabby as was the 2 seater couch. The bed linen was clean! I was given a family unit. The space was awkward to move around due to the sleeper couch and 2 seater couch. »

« We were breaking our journey, so only there overnight, but it was a great stay. Wonderful having the animals strolling outside. Ideally a longer stay would be better to experience more that's on offer. Facilities were good. Direction signage could be better placed. »
