Zimmer und Hotel machen einen guten ersten Eindruck. Allerdings ist beim genaueren hinsehen, die Sauberkeit nicht vollständig gegeben. Das Personal ist bis auf die Damen an der Rezeption sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind nicht unfreundlich, aber eher kalt. Wir hatten bei ihnen nicht das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Am Zimmer selber war nur das Bett schlecht. Viel zu hart und wenn der Partner sich umdreht, wird man selber Seekrank, da das Bett super stark nach wackelt. Nächstes mal lieber etwas anderes. Wir sind aber auch nicht schreiend davon gelaufen.

Overall Wonderful Experience at Lebua Hotel We had a truly great stay at the Lebua Hotel, and what stood out most was the exceptional service throughout. The staff are the hotel’s greatest asset, particularly in the dining areas and bars. Special thanks to Anne and the team at Bar No.3 for their warm, attentive service—it made our evenings memorable. Housekeeping was also consistently excellent. Our suite (5115) was incredibly spacious, which we really appreciated. The suite included thoughtful amenities such as a washer/dryer, a well-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine and complimentary drinks, and a luxurious bathroom stocked with Balmain toiletries. Even the small details like a hairdryer, iron, shoe mitts, etc., were all provided—everything was there, and everything worked as it should. That said, we did notice a few minor maintenance issues in the suite: • Cracked tiles in the bathroom • Stains on the carpet • The overall design felt a little dated, especially considering the rising competition in the luxury market. While the public areas are in better shape, some of the carpeted zones throughout the property do show wear and could benefit from light refurbishment. Room service was prompt and delicious—we felt well taken care of throughout. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would happily return, especially for the service and spacious accommodations. With a few updates, the Lebua could be #1 in Bangkok
