SO Amazing!
Do not miss your chance to stay at this property! My husband and I went for a weekend getaway. This rental is EXACTLY as pictured even down to the cute little coffee bar. Everything was spotless and beautiful. Attention to detail made you feel comfortable and like you were at home instantly. Breakfast on the balcony allowed the perfect view of the ocean, location to the beach is phenomenal, and our morning run out the door could lead to the beach or the bridge over the channel. Communication was the best I have ever experienced, not only was the information in the rental helpful with restaurants, etc. listed, the emails regarding entry and also the reminder about steps and expectation during checkout were precise. I wouldn't change a thing about our weekend and I have been bragging about this rental to everyone so hopefully lots of other folks will get the opportunity to experience this place. Thank you so much for every single ounce of your energy you put into to make this a special sweet little spot!

My daughters and I had a great weekend visiting their sister at UNCW. Perfect location. Walkable to the pier and restaurants. Easy parking. Just reminder this is a walk up for anyone. The host is very attentive. We will be back.

Perfect Getaway
My two daughters and I just loved staying here! Being close to the beach was so convenient and enjoyable. We really enjoyed using the balcony in morning and night, you can see the ocean and hear the waves. Loved that we had a reserved parking spot. The furnishings were very nice! We will definitely come back!

Great Property
This property is a stone throw from the beach and was great for our family of four. It was very clean, had the amenities we needed for our stay, had a great deck that you could sit and see the ocean from and is in a great location. The beach and Johnnie Mercer's pier were a very short walk away and both were a favorite of our entire family. There are local restaurants, coffee spots and shops within walking distance, which made them very accessible. Erin was a great host, as she was extremely responsive and eager to help with our needs. I would definitely stay in this unit again if I came back to Wrightsville Beach.

Perfect location
The location is perfect - walk easily to the beach and several shops. The condo had all the supplies needed - coffee, laundry detergent, beach chairs, etc. While the property itself is a bit dated it’s still nice. The biggest complaint we had is the bed. The mattress sinks horribly in the center and the foam topper does nothing to help the situation other than increasing body heat. The bed itself is very old and squeaky. Basically we had two nights of minimal sleep because the bed was so uncomfortable. If there is a new bed and mattress we would absolutely return to this spot!

We had a great time staying in Wrightsville Beach to visit nearby family. The quick/short trek to the beach and back was very nice as parking is hard to find/fills fast in the area. Great little getaway.

Very cute property. Just what we needed. Nice amenities like 2 beach chairs, beach towels, linens. Comfy beds. Quiet property. Loved deck looking at ocean. Quick walk to beach. Perfect proximity to town. Loved walking the loop. Door codes were a plus instead of keys. Would return.

Very comfortable, decorated nicely, included almost everything we needed for three night stay. Great location in the first beach block, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Easy check-in, and great communication. Would stay again.

First Wrightsville Beach Visit
This was our first foray into VRBO and Wrightsville Beach, so we had no idea what to expect. We had one of our best vacations. The condo was perfect! It may be small, but it's exactly what we need as a family of three and would be comfortable for four. The place was super clean and comfortable. The proximity to the pier was excellent for some AM and PM fishing without having to find parking. It's also not too far of a walk to the Surf Shop, Wings, and Ice Cream Parlors (and a few bars too, if that's your interest - there is also a bar next door, but it was not loud). It was a short drive to the causeway to catch the fishing boats and not too far from downtown Wilmington's Riverwalk and the NC Battleship. The check-in/out was easier than I have ever experienced. LOVED having a security code - so we did not have to worry about losing a key :-).

Nice view from the balcony. Clean and cozy. Short walk to the beach and a place to hose the sand off when you come back. Also, they provide beach gear. Two parking spaces. Had my kids park there early (after check out time) so they could get some beach time in before check in and found out that was a no-no. Thankfully Erin contacted me before calling the towing service so thumbs up for that. Bathroom could use a fan. Bunk beds are right next to the bathroom. Did kill one cockroach, but hey, I know it’s a battle. A bit of a walk to a restaurant other than the bar close by. Number one complaint is the cleaning fee. The rate is reasonable. But add the service fee and especially the cleaning fee and you could have stayed at one of the resorts for less. The cost of a nights stay at an Hampton Inn (most places) and you’re still expected to empty the trash, strip the beds and wash the dishes. I leave $5 or $10 bucks in a hotel room and housekeeping takes care of all of this for me. And I don’t hog up the room. I would understand if this was a deposit and you got your money back (or at least part of it) if you didn’t leave the place a mess. But that much and you left it about as clean as you found it? We even did our best to sweep up whatever sand we brought in. Take that away and I’m happy.

Beach Getaway
I've been coming to Wrightsville Beach most of my life, but it was my boyfriend's first time. We both loved the location, especially on busier beach days - we couldn't imagine trying our chances at public parking those days, so the designated space near Johnnie Mercers Fishing Pier was a great touch. Getting in was mostly easy and the parking spot was convenient, but keep in mind that the 3 flights of stairs are built to be more like 6. In the beginning, we had a couple hiccups including not having one of the door codes and some cleanliness issues. The reasoning for not having the property cleaned to the highest standard was because we asked for an earlier check-in, but in the future I'd rather trade that in for everything being completely ready to go. But, because we had such a great time here, I've chosen to leave this rating at 5 stars. :) Things I loved: -The FAQ booked highlighted many great spots to visit for all occasions (food, spa, kid-friendly, etc.) -Even though we were next to a bar open until 2am, this specific room was on the opposite end and we rarely heard noise throughout the night -The patio! We spent most nights watching the sunset in a better spot than you could have on the beach itself. The table and chairs made it easy to enjoy a snack/beverage -Location is amazing and near all the action, but without being disruptive Thanks for a great stay!
