« Stayed a few days before a cruise, overall room was nice and bed was comfy, didn't use the pool or facilities and it looked like it could use a little maintenance but could just be because it's not the right season for it? Arrived at 8pm and reception was unmanned, a phone number was on a sign but we had no phone service, thankfully another guest helped us find someone to check us in but they could use some kind of buzzer or way to alert staff that people have arrived rather than scrambling...

« Aachen House is a stunning historic building. Full of character and history . So much more interesting than a normal hotel room. My room was huge and comfortable with a balcony and a seperate bathroom. The bath was amazing. »

« Hotel très bien situé sur la ligne de bus reliant l'aéroport et cette ville magnifique. Le service est irréprochable,en particulier le petit déjeuner est copieux et savoureux. Je conseille cet hotel aux touristes plutôt que séjourner dans le centre ville. »

« une personne adorable qui vous met de suite a l'aise , nous sommes reçu comme des amis .maison moderne très confortable , et très bien arrangé . piscine spa sur la terrasse commune avec vue magnifique sur la sky tower ! ds la chambre petit frigo , micro onde et pour se relaxé grande baignoire balnéo . »

« We loved the apartment and private deck. Tatiana is a fabulous host!! Without much notice, she rented to us a second time when another rental in downtown Auckland cancelled our reservation suddenly. »

« Lovely cabin right on the water, spacious and airy. Well furnished and nice nautical touches. Bed very comfortable, kitchen well enough equipped for meal prep. We enjoyed watching the ever changing light, tides, birdlife in this peaceful waterside spot. »

« When booking this unit we are not realizing there is no kitchen, but the owner is very nice to share they owne kitchen to us. »

« Accommodation and amenities as described. However, I was expecting a machine dryer, but it was actually drying rack for clothes, so something to think about when planning your washing. Just noting, elderly parents found armchairs too low for comfortable seating, also a tripping hazard of step between dining area to rest of living area, it tripped us up a few times, till we got used to it. Sarah was quick to respond to any issues and was very helpful. We relaxed and chilled out here for a couple...

« Found it challenging to access the key lock and wrong combination for the door. Delay in accessing there property manager. The gas was connected and so was the power while we were there as they hadn't paid the bill. The VRBO platform is not the best platform for communicating in. Will not use this service again »
