« Très bien situé. Lit confortable. Il n’y avait pas de ventilateur dans la chambre et lorsqu’on l’a demandé, on ne l’a jamais eu. Il faisait 36 degrés. De plus, our devions avoir une bouteille de vin ( privilège Silver), mais on ne l’a jamais eu. Contrairement à Airbnb, il n’y a aucune fourniture de base comme huile, sel-poivre, etc. »

« Convenient location near the tram lines 2 and 5. The apartment was clean. However, if you need a clean towel, they charge 10€ per towel which I find a bit steep. Specially without cleaning service, just picking them up at the registration desk. Breakfast was not included, as expected. We were awaken by the cleaning staff at 8.30 on our departure day but it was a mistake on their side. Otherwise, very friendly staff. »

« Amazing apartment. Loved the openness and the fact that there were two bedroom and 2 bathrooms. There was a strange relaxing room in between the two bathrooms, but upon trying to connect, it wouldn't work. So that was a bummer. I was also let down with the fact that the very basics were not in the apartment and the only place to "stock up" on a few items was a small little mimi mart around the corner - but this is the ONLY service in town (or nearby). « We stayed 4 nights. The apartment is very well located, easier for us to enjoy the most from the city. Within walk distance to major tourist destinations and also public transport. We need to check-in at other hotel, which is a few minutes walk, and to access the apartment you need to go through a cafe, which is very unusual, but the people were very friendly, and after a while, it does not feel strange anymore.
