« The yurt was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the wood burning stove almost every night, played lots of puzzles and games, and enjoyed sightseeing in the area. We would have enjoyed getting to know the sheep and chickens a little (we were visited regularly by two handsome black kitties), but alas we couldn't find a time. Next time! »

« This property was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenic beauty of Watkins Glen. The cabin was in an excellent location, close to town for dining and shopping, we enjoyed our stay , everything is provided for you and is spacious and clean. « Grouse Haven near Keuka Lake was the perfect cabin in the woods experience I was hoping for! A quiet "away from it all" location, but 15 minutes to "town" if you need! The cabin was exceptionally clean and the owner had it nice and toasty and the fireplace going when I arrived. The listing photos are very accurate - looked exactly as I expected base on the photos, from the cabin and rooms, to the property. « We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin! We were comfy and enjoyed the scenery. We were there for Cornell softball and due to rain schedule was changed to accommodate. We really didn't go outside much due to rain but that cannot be helped! Overall we were pleased with our stay. Not being familiar with the area the roads were a little different in the rain and fog but again, couldn't be helped. The rooms and kitchen and living room were all comfortable for our group. Would stay again! »

Not only was Dave incredibly attentive during our stay but also gave us recommendations on where to explore around the town and hikes near by. The cabin was equipped with cooking material and wood for the fire (which we really enioyed). For anyone looking for sometime to disconnect and enjoy with a loved one - We recommend this cabin for you! »

« Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved the place. The bunk house had loads of cobwebs though and doesn't look like it has been used in a while so no one in our group wanted to use it. I just have an overall issue with the increased prices of VRBO's with the added fees. There is a company that managed this property and then VRBO's fees on top of that made it expensive. VRBO properties used to be comparable to nice hotels but now they are well above that. Hope that can change because we love...
