Fun but could use improvements
"We had a great time at the lake house but felt there could be some improvements. The dock had a lot of nails coming up and some broken/rotted wood which worried us with the kids. There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms and next to no dish soap in the kitchen."

Fourth of July getaway
"We very much enjoyed our visit. It was only minor things that we assumed would have been at the house that would’ve made our few days more convenient. The listing made us think we would have a fully stocked kitchen but there were no lids for pots which would have been helpful for cooking dinner. ..."
