Perfect Waco stay
The loft couldn’t have been better. We were especially impressed with the ease of check in. Everything was crystal clear and stress free! The location was great and we walked everywhere. Great restaurants and shopping alol around us. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Love the selection of coffee pods and the snacks left for us to enjoy. We plan to return!

Excellent location
The property was just as listed. Easy walk to Magnolia silo area. Easy walk to many places in Waco. Our stay was Friday & Saturday evenings, we did need to use the sound machines. Live music and partying someplace nearby. Sound machines were sufficient to muffle. You are downtown and there will be noise. Don’t let that discourage your stay. Very convenient location. Excellent communication with host before and during stay.

Lovely Stay at Super Convenient Location in Waco!
In town for a conference, and we couldn’t have picked a better location to stay! Conveniently located above the cutest bookshop and cafe, Fabled, are beautiful lofts that have everything you need for a short or long stay. We really appreciated the cleanliness, communication from the hosts, and all of the amenities provided. We will absolutely stay again next year, when it’s conference time again.

The Condo stay
Y husband and I decided last minute to make a long weekend in Texas because he had to work on Monday there. So he said for me to find a spot. Well, indeed I did. This cute Condo right in the downtown area close to the silos and all things food was so awesome! And just downstairs of the building was this cute little bookstore and cafe that we would come in and grab an espresso drink. Visited the Silos and a few places to eat. We took a day trip to Dallas about 1.5 hours away and worth it to tour the city and see why they had to offer as well. We will definitely be coming back to this Condo for sure. The hosts thought of everything for the stay, even the ear plugs for the weekend noise. At first I thought huh odd, but then later that evening realized why. I really dont think you need them especially if the someone that likes the background noise, and when I say background noise it was very small, and really not a big deal. But they had it ready for us. Those small attention to details is why we will come back. Thank you for having us!

Perfect getaway for mama to spend a couple days with her daughter- really great, well decorated & designed space, very comfortable bed & sofa, & well equipped kitchen. Will stay here again!

Great place to stay in Waco
Great location to walk to Silos and Terry Black BBQ as well as other fun places. Place was as described and very nice. Appreciated the snacks provided and, while didn’t use/need, providing my earplugs was also thoughtful. Heard the trains, but wasn’t bothersome to us. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Waco, this is a great choice.

The Oso Loft was wonderful. It is beautifully decorated and has a great downtown loft vibe. The hosts were so helpful and friendly. We were able to walk to the Silos and walk to many great restaurants. The Fabled Bookstore is downstairs and a great place to visit. There was some loud music on the weekend, but ear plugs and noise machines were provided. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The seating in the living room was adequate, but hard to get comfortable to watch a movie. Overall, this is a wonderful space and I would recommend!

We loved the location of this condo! It was furnished with exactly what you need and not over done. The unit was extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. I would recommend and definitely stay there again if I come back to Waco!

Visiting a historic part of our heart
The unit on the 4th floor was close to the unit that my daughter and son-in-law first lived in after getting married eleven years ago. It was fun for us to stay there and bring the two grandchildren over for a "stay-over" night. Great location for downtown exploring. Restaurants are close.

Absolutely Perfect
Wow! Just as advertised. The loft is absolutely gorgeous and check-in and out was a breeze! The view is excellent of the city with the Dr. Pepper museum right next door. The loft provided everything we needed for our stay to be easy. With a one year old you get kind of nervous but the loft was probably more kid friendly than our own house. Kept super clean and easy communication with the owners we will definitely plan our next trip at the Behrens lofts again.

Magnolia Getaway
My wife and I traveled to Waco for a Magnolia Market getaway. Brazos was the perfect spot for us. It's close to the Market and surrounding shops. Also, several quality restaurants are nearby - easily within walking distance if weather cooperates.
