« The cottage was charming and comfortable, and a half block to the sand. In the evenings, a huge and cozy fireplace filled the living room with warmth and ambience. We would have loved to have stayed there for two months but had to suffice with two weeks. A great home away from home, and the hosts were incredible! »

« Property and host were both great! I experienced a strange glitch when booking this VRBO trip through Expedia. I could not connect the reservation to my VRBO account and VRBO was unable to resolve the issue. However, they put me in direct contact with the host, who was very professional and communicative. We enjoyed staying in this cute property on beautiful Balboa Island. Highly recommend. »

When I met Kei, he personalized my stay, which made it very memorable since it was over the Christmas holidays. The lodging was both comfortable and relaxing. I regretted not booking more days!! »

« Loved this cottage! It was exactly as described, close to the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We rented bikes at Newport Pier, about 4 blocks from the house. They do have a small garage but we parked on the street. My husband and I stayed with our 2 teenage kids. »

They allowed dogs, was one house off the sand, had great views of the beach/ocean/jetty from the patio, easy access to grocery and food options, plus there was a fire pit, sauna, and hot tub! The house was clean and well stocked with all the basic amenities. Drew the owner was very communicative and friendly. »
