„Wonderful staff and clean room“

„They had an issue being struck by lightning. Not their fault, things happen. They gave me a lower level room and comp points. The elevator was still fried. The room was very clean. Staff was polite. Breakfast was okay. Loved they had yogurt but was looking for a bagel or muffin to add to it. Overall I will have to come that way often and I will book another room with them. “

„The room was nicer than the previous hotel we stayed at in Columbus. The hotel itself was nice, but management gave me issues once I asked to continue my stay for work purposes. We came to the office around 9 AM and he would not give me the same room and wanted to put me in a different room that cost more money. I believe they did this so they would not have to honor their price I paid for 5 days. I don’t know if I will be back because management was difficult and would not work with me “

„Noise near the highway side of the building “

„We love staying at this property. The staff have been wonderful every single time. They are super helpful and very nice. The property itself is clean and neat; however, the location means there is noise from the highway. Additionally, the physical property around the hotel is old and not very attractive. I just want to be honest; however, the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel make it worth the stay. Also, the breakfast is really good. Some hotel-included breakfasts really miss the mark. ...
