Nouvellement rénové 4 chambres + mezzanine habitable, 3 townhome Bath situé à quelques pas de la ville libre de Vail navette de bus et à quelques minutes de Vail Mountain et Vail Village. Cette maison de ville est l'unité de fin dans le complexe avec de grandes vues à l'Ouest. Beaucoup de stationnement gratuit avec un garage 2 voitures et un espace de stationnement supplémentaire à l'avant. (3 CAR MAXIMUM). Très grand salon avec une cheminée à gaz et une cuisine gastronomique. Le complexe Vail Point possède également une piscine de zone commune et un bain à remous (piscine est seulement en été).

D'autres équipements inlcude: / DVD de TV à écran plat, W / D, pleine cuisine gastronomique, foyer au gaz, barbecue au gaz, garage 2 voitures, espace commun bain à remous.

5-6min drive from Vail & Lionshead Villages, very convenient location. Home is lovely, spacious, and specific rooms had their own individual thermostats which was convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Townhouse is great. Easily housed 6 adults with separate beds for each. Common areas were large and comfortable. Too far from the slopes for walking. So, plan on a 5-10 minute drive to get to the Lionshead parking.

Great place to stay! We had 4 adults and had more than enough room. Probably could have had 6 adults with no problems. Very clean and well stocked unit. Quiet location near grocery and other areas of interest. We even saw a fox out of the back kitchen window! The community hot tub wasn't working during our stay as it was down for repairs, but that wasn't a huge deal to us. Would highly recommend!

Great home, great location!
The home was wonderful; very spacious and well stocked with all of the essentials. We found the beds to be comfortable and the living area quite cozy! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Vail.

Tons of space! 4 bedrooms 3 full baths, huge kitchen with outdoor deck on all 3 sides. Very cozy gas fireplace in the family room, open floor plan, view up to kitchen area gave the property a very cool vibe. Would rent this place again in a heartbeat. One the bus route to the slopes, shopping plaza within a couple miles, Safeway, liquor store etc...

The place is even better than the photos - large, airy windows everywhere, high end kitchen, 2 car garage, short walk to the hot tub, very nice system to get you information about things like wifi password and door codes, easy/painless checkout list (none of this "strip the beds" nonsense you often see). If we head back to Vail we'll check for availability here for sure - would love to return. We knew it was nice from the listing, but were really impressed with how spacious and luxurious this condo is in person.

Wonderful Week in Vail!
Our family had a wonderful stay in Vail. The condo was great - clean, spacious, well-equipped kitchen, humidifiers in every bedroom and close to grocery stores and shuttle (although we didn't use the shuttle much because of its infrequency). Overall, a great stay. Highly recommend!

Great size for family of 5, had everything we needed to cook our meals (lots of spices, dishes and pans) and relax after a hard day of skiing. Idea made it easy to get in and out of plave and when had a question, responded quickly. Was also easy to get to mountain on shuttle. Only negatives were small trash cans in garage with no lids (finally found one with recycle on top but used for non-recycle bin to help keep smell at bay). After a 7 day stay, cans were overflowing. We were not able to find property trash bins so no help there. Beds were also not very comfortable - seemed saggy with little support. Again, appreciated the size and items provided to help cook meals but places stayed prior 2 years were more comfortable for sleeping.

Fantastic experience
The condo was perfect for my family - well laid out and very well supplied with dishes and utensils, spices, etc. The unit was spotlessly clean and the pictures are very accurate. Check in and check out was all handled by email and text and there was no need to call the property manager but I have no doubt the response would have been perfect. Fantastic experience - 5+ stars!

Comfortable townhouse with great location
We loved our stay at vail point unit 1. Everything was clean and in working order. The beds/bedrooms were comfortable. Every room had a new television and it’s own bathroom. Really just a pleasant stay for our whole family and would definitely stay here again! Also the location is perfect, we love the hiking trail behind the development and it is just a few minutes of a drive to vail village. Highly recommend!

Transcendent Mountain Retreat
This end unit felt more like our own home than a condo with different levels for privacy and spacious living and dining areas for gathering. We enjoyed birdwatching on the wraparound deck nestled in the aspens with stunning mountain views. Right across the road is a babbling creek and the North Trail with several hiking directions. Nearby are 2 grocery stores and the free shuttle stops for the village and other trailheads. Helpful collection of books on the trails, flora and fauna of the area on the bookshelf. Easy check in and out. Wonderful end-of-July experience here for both hikers and cyclists in our group of 4!

Fabulous end unit with great views!
We totally enjoyed our stay there. The fact that it is an end unit meant that you have great views in the back, side and front. And there is a great hiking trail within walking distance. It is a quaint unit where you can spend days just hanging out and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked, the unit was very clean. The fireplace in the living room (not wood burning) puts out a lot of heat and creates a nice ambiance. While we loved the place, since this is a 4 level unit, it is not ideal for those that have issues with stairs. There are stairs to walk up to the front door (or from the garage). Then there are additional stairs to reach the living room and one of the bedrooms. You take stairs down to a cozy room which kids and adults would equally love. It has a small bed and a sofa with windows to the side which looks out to the side of the hill with Aspen. From the living room, you take some stairs to get to the kitchen and additional stairs up to get to the two other bedrooms. The location is within minutes from the Vail mall which is really the centerpiece of Vail with all the quaint shops, gardens, etc. We would definitely recommend this unit and would stay there again.
