« This host was a complete nightmare at every step. First, the actual address for the apartment is different than the address listed on the website. Second, they had double booked the apartment without realizing, made me wait to give me a copy of the keys and had me walk into an apartment that was currently occupied by other guests endangering me and my family. Lastly they ended up canceling the reservation on same day, made me waste hours of my trip and I had to arrange for alternative...

« The apartment was a charming two-bedroom unit typical of the Upper West Side in New York. Its location was conveniently close to all the attractions we intended to visit, and the subway station was just three blocks away, providing easy access to Brooklyn, Princeton, and the rest of the boroughs. I would highly recommend this stay—it was peaceful and, for lack of a better term, very inviting. My teenagers, who are all over 6’2”, found it to be quite comfortable as well. »

« I wanted so much to love this place. It was a location that I hoped that I could use again and again but unfortunately there was no building provided heat on the first night of the stay. Only a small electric heater that took a lot to track down from the host. I had to wear my coat that first night. I was very dissatisfied with the correspondence with the host. So much about the space was good, but no heat was a deal breaker. »
