I did not like how there was no person at the help-desk and the customer service was conducted strictly through emails with no phone number to call and they took hours to get us our entrance code while we waited in the cold. »

« It was very noisy in this flat, you can hear the traffic from the road, and the floor in the flat is quirking all the time. Worst thing was the neighbour in the flat above had the same quirky floor, so when he/she woke up at 05.10 in the morning I did not sleep afterwards. Two nights with a bad sleep was not ideal at all. Beyond that, location, cleanliness and easyness in communication was perfect. »
