Welcoming!

We had a great stay. The house was warm, welcoming and very clean. It was exactly as described and pictured. The hot tub was great! It’s a great location for all the activities. The owners were great to work with. Would definitely recommend and return to in the future.

Beautiful Charming House

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and charming home! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. From the cozy atmosphere to the thoughtful touches throughout, it was clear that the owners truly care about their guests’ experience.The hosts were incredibly accommodating and kind, quick to respond to any questions and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. We had a family of 5 (including an 18 year old grandparents in their 80s). The house is SO cute. Decorated amazingly well. And SO VERY clean! Like, really clean! Bedding was fresh and new. We enjoyed sitting on the front screened in porch and watching the neighbors walk by. The neighborhood is very nice. The hot tub was perfect- clean, warm and ready to use.I was a little nervous about the shared drive and parking since we had a huge suburban - but it was no issue at all. We met the neighbor Nextdoor with the shared drive and he was super friendly and welcoming to VRBO guests of this home. This was our favorite rental (one night stay) of our many night trip through the plains states. Highly recommend!

This was a great rental for our family! The house was so charming! We came to Tulsa for our kids to visit the Gathering Place. It’s only minutes away making this such a great location! The only negative was there were no bicycles as advertised.

House was a nice little bungalow 2 blocks S of Cherry St. Very nicely retro decorated. Clean and comfortable. Hot tub was a welcome diversion! Hosts were very responsive to questions and we were able to get a late check-out for a very low fee.

Perfect Base From Which to Enjoy Tulsa

Some VRBOs feel like hotels while others, like this one, feel like a home away from home, with everything one needs for not just a comfortable and practical stay, but a warm, cozy, and inviting one as well. The hosts have decorated it beautifully and outfitted it thoughtfully. Every time we needed something, it was there! And the location in a sweet residential neighborhood couldn't be better, right in the center of the city, close to a number of attractions, including Cherry Street, Utica Square, the Philbrook, great shops and eateries, and within a short drive to other fun spots like The Gathering Spot, the Gilcrease, the University of Tulsa, etc. The hosts are also communicative and understanding—when our last day happened to fall right as a snowstorm blew in, they happily allowed us an extra 90 minutes for check-out to accommodate one of us changing a flight to a later time. Would not hesitate to book again! Thanks Jen and Matt for sharing your lovely space!

Great wedding weekend

Adorable house!

One of the cutest houses we have ever stayed in! Old house with lots of charm and a modern spin on it made this home simply wonderful! We had a group of 6 women for a girls weekend and the house/location was perfect! House was stocked with everything we needed, very clean, very cozy & great communication from host! Can’t wait to return

Great property and location. Owner thought of everything. Extra touches: outlet/chargers on each nightstand, Kleenex, coffee for at least the first morning, extra throws ( it got chilly during our stay). Beds were comfy. Enjoyed my morning walks in the neighborhood and our afternoon visit to the pie shop which you can see from the home. Pick this house if you are in the area!

Perfect in every way

This house was exactly as advertised and more. Thoughtfully designed not only for looks but for practicality. Everything you need is provided and labeled for easy use. The guidebook is detailed and leaves nothing to chance. The beds and bedding are heavenly, the showers are gorgeous and relaxing, the hot tub is the icing on the already delicious cake. And the front porch... perfection. Close to great restaurants and attractions, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. I will definitely be staying here again!

Tulsa Time

The house is very comfortable and was well-furnished. The location is exactly what is advertised: convenient to Cherry Street and Utica Square. It is also easy to get to the BA Expressway and, from it, to anywhere in Tulsa. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend it for a visit to Tulsa.

Awesome House & Perfect Location

My husband and I stayed here with our puppy on our way to St. Louis, MO. It was SUCH a cute house and the location is so perfect. We walked to dinner and then again to get coffee and breakfast in the morning. There are tons of fun food and drink options within walking/biking distance. We will definitely be staying here again!
