« We had such an amazing stay at cabin 1. We both slept great on a very comfortable bed. Location is ideal for short day trips. We checked out whitefish point and Tahquamenon falls in the day and finish the night with a great bonfire right on the lake. Made sure to take advantage of both early sunrises over a nice cup of coffee. Carrie is very accommodating and Great suggestions that we took Paul for breakfast on our way out. « The cabin is exactly as described on VRBO. We had a little difficulty with the lockbox (probably because both my husband and I have arthritis in our hands). The lake is beautiful and peaceful. « Great place to stay, the hostess was very responsive to our questions and stopped personally by to check and make sure we had everything we needed. We had a good time, fishing wasn’t that great when we were there, but that was the general experience with the others that were fishing on that lake. Can’t blame the hostess for that. »

« This property is such a gem! We've stayed in many cabins similar to Carrie's before and this blew the others out of the water! Rustic but modern enough to where you felt at home. There were 2 large box fans provided so we didn't need the one that we had brought and there was a small tv to help the kids wind down and relax at night. I suggest bringing life jackets for the kids (didn't see any with the boats, but we already had our own) and a couple small extension cords (the 3 foot kind) just for...
