When we arrived, everything in the unit appeared to be as shown in the photos. Unfortunately, when we were going to bed, we discovered multiple, long hairs that were not ours, as we hadn't even laid in the bed yet. Additionally, we discovered multiple, half dead gnats within the sheets and what appeared to be blood stains on various layers of bedding.
We reported the issue with photos to the property manager via email (the only contact information we were given.) They responded quickly only to tell us that the sheets were changed in between stays (they clearly were not.) Our last communication with the property manager was that the issue would be forwarded to a team and they'd be in touch with a resolution. With no other contact information and no reassurance that the issue could or would be resolved, we were forced to stay at a hotel across the parking lot for the remainder of our trip. We received no other information or updates during our trip, despite following up multiple times times.
Overall a disappointing experience and not a place we'd recommend. If the issue could've been resolved, we'd be more inclined to let it go but the lack of customer service exacerbates the frustration.
