We were traveling from US so we were a little unsure where to get our key as there was no apparent front desk but thankfully our phones worked and we were able to get in touch with someone to meet us. « The cottage was very pretty, comfortable and cozy. Although we didn't have a direct view on the lake, we could go to the main cottage to see it and could enjoy a view of the mountain from everywhere.
