This property was certainly interesting. My group of three friends and I stayed here for the weekend. If we had stayed any longer, these accomodations would have been problematic.
When you initially look at this place, it seems cute and updated. However, if you look just a little longer, you realize that this property is the typical flipped home.
Pretty much everything in this home is a deep breath away from breaking. The steps are steep and not all the same size. If you're lucky, you can step on the exposed nail about halfway up. Further, none of the lights up stairs, with the exception of the bathroom light, work. When we arrived. I immediately messaged the local property manager. She apologized and then said someone would be by to fix it. No one ever came to fix the light.
The bathroom upstairs was probably never supposed to be there. A very small stall shower with a shower head that was too big for it caused water to get all over the floor. It was weird to use.
Downstairs, this common area was okay and the TV was very large. The flooring seems hastily put down and doesn't go all the way to the wall. You could see about an inch and a half of sub-floor. The heat also was cold downstairs while it was cookin upstairs. Also, there is no curtain or blinds on the sliding glass door. Check out instructions asked that hot tub be turned to ECO mode. We tried to find this setting for quite some time, but never discovered how to.
I probably would not rent again.
