« Weve stayed in gatlinburg or pigeon forge many, many times. Weve stayed at some good places but never this nice. The pool was always a perfect temperature, hot tubs were wo derful on colder days. And the best part os, after over 2 decades of cisiting and even living in the mountains for a time, I fonally saw my first bear on the property. Staff was friendly and helpful, and we still miss the poolside cafe. We have found our new go to hotel in the area for sure. We will be back. »

« I chose this hotel because of the water slides and their online portal said everything was open including the outdoor slides but when we got there they said the slides were only open on the weekends at the moment. The indoor slides were open thankfully but online it said they were open until 11pm but when we got there the front desk informed us that they would only be open until 6pm giving us only about an hour. The arcade upstairs and bowling was fun and the rooms were comfortable even though...

« Not a huge property so it feels more comfy. Beds are great and the balcony over the river is great. Decent breakfast. »

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »
