There were a few issues that the owner and property manager properly addressed. We appreciated their concern for our comfort and prompt efforts to meet our needs. « La maison a beaucoup de potentiel, mais un peu sous exploité. Les lits et l'ameublement des chambres est très moyen. La maison peut accueillir plusieurs personnes mais la vaisselle et les ustensiles de cuisine sont de très faible qualité et en très petite quantité. Le lave vaisselle est brisé donc on doit faire la vaisselle à la main. Matelas sur le sol dans une des chambre et on doit trouver la literie dans le chaos du walk-in de la chambre des maîtres. Maison magnifique, avec un potentiel...

« The place itself is quite nice and we were happy with our stay. Just a few comments in the spirit of continuous improvement...1) there is a coffee maker but there was no coffee provided, and there are no grocery stores nearby. I think most people expect to see coffee when there is a coffee maker. 2) needs a new TV remote 3) might want to check the fridge (makes noise) »

« Traveling to Encino for a birthday party and the LA fires ended up being the news around the world. The home was spacious and clean. The home was nicely appointed and very comfortable. We were able to easily host dinners with family. There are so many great restaurants 2-5 minutes away. We were never lacking for anything. Pool and back yard were spotless. A true private oasis. »

« We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Malibu. The property itself is stunning, well-maintained, and offers breathtaking views. The owner was incredibly responsive, and any minor issues we encountered were quickly and efficiently resolved.However, the road leading to the villa can be a bit nerve-wracking. The guardrails were damaged by the January fires, making the drive feel less secure. If you're not comfortable with steep, winding roads, this may be something to consider, or wait...

« Large space just home with great layout. Pool and Jacuzzi were definitely perks for the kids to keep them busy before venturing out during the days guest suite was perfect for sister-in-law to be able to get away. Awesome neighborhood to be in walking distance to target and other shopping stores. Overall, excellent place to stay if visiting LA. Down the street from Melrose place lol »

« Localisation au top face au walk frame, hôtel sympa pour s’immerger dans la Venice touch avec ses avantages et inconvénients. Avantages: deco sympa avec une multitude de fenêtres donnant sur la plage avec une vue imprenable ! Petite salle de bain mais douche très sympa ! Isolation phonique pas terrible et donc bruyant le matin et non le soir contrairement à ce qu’on pourrait penser. La misère est présente avec de nombreux sans abris qui se mêlent aux nombreux joggeurs et aux touristes mais...
